BRRRRrrrrr!

I'm going to resist reflecting on the elections.... I'm not terribly sure what I think. I know the American people are mad and frustrated. That's for sure. Anyway.....

It got cold! BRRR!!!! I'm sitting here in front of the fire with two blankets on. pathetic. I know... I guess we could turn on the heat... we may have to tomorrow when the high is supposed to be like 53... and Friday it's not even that high. Maybe I'll turn it on tonight. I hate giving up and giving in to mother nature :)

What else.

It's time to make changes and get healthy. I'm frustrated with my own habits and the way I've trated my body. It's time to start listening. I ordered p90x. I worked out with Jillian last night. I have to get my mind right. I don't want to end up like one of the patients I come across every day. Ask me how I'm doing.
